As teaching faculty we, the United Academics of Northwestern University (UANU), dedicate ourselves to creating knowledge and sharing it with our diverse students and community. To fulfill our role in furthering Northwestern’s mission, teaching faculty require equity, transparency, academic freedom, and an active role in robust faculty governance.

We believe that collective action in a member-led Union is the best way to pursue these goals.
